The project started in early 2017 with the build of a new conservatory for the customer to increase the internal living space. during this phase of the project, the SBL team also landscaped and paved the rear garden.
Towards the backend of 2017, we were asked by the customer to ‘A’ rated replacement windows throughout the property which will help with the insulation properties of the building as well as the aesthetics.
Finally, the SBL team have completed the final phase of the project which involved widening and block paving the driveway. In order to comply with regulations, a suitable drainage system was included in the build.
